Paul Angelo Fraser of Bradenton, Florida, passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of his family on Wednesday, January 2, 2019. He was 61 years old.

Paul was born on September 22, 1957 in Mt. Clemens to William and Geraldine (nee Mazza) Fraser. He met and married the love of his life, Mary Ellen Loyson on October 10, 1980 at St. Ronald Catholic Church in Clinton Twp. The couple made their first home in Roseville before moving to California and later Florida. His pride and joy was his loving wife and son, Garett. Paul was a truly devoted and supportive father. He loved watching Garett's many games and plays throughout the years.

Paul worked for many years as a realtor and builder before becoming a GIA certified gemologist. Outside of his work, he loved fishing, boating, spending time on the beach, and traveling. He also enjoyed spending time with family and friends at the cottage in Lupton. Paul's caring and kind ways will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Paul is the beloved husband of Mary Ellen; cherished father of Garret; loving brother of Michelle Lysse and William (Marcia) Fraser; and dear brother-in-law of Lorraine (Jim) Fortune, Roger (Eleanor) Loyson, Howard (Peggy) Loyson, and Marilyn (Larry) Hess. He is survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Paul was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 6, 2019 from 2-8pm with a 7pm Scripture Service at the Faulmann & Walsh Golden Rule Funeral Home, 32814 Utica Road, Fraser, Michigan 48026. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, January 7, 2019 at 10:30am at St. Ronald Catholic Church, 17701 15 Mile Rd, Clinton Twp, Michigan 48035 with Rev. William Herman officiating. Instate beginning at 10am. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton Township. Donations may be addressed to the wishes of the family.
