Obituary

Constance Mary Malacusky, beloved Mother, Grandmother, and Wife passed peacefully into Glory on Sunday, February 2, 2020. She was 72 years young.

Connie was born on March 11, 1947; the only daughter of Patrick and Evelyn Mallon. She was later adopted by Lawrence and Bernice Pelath. Connie has four brothers: Frank, Joseph, Richard, and Larry. She also leaves behind a cherished sister, Jean. She attended Osborn High School and later married Richard Malacusky on August 11, 1967. Connie was married to Richard for fifty years and was treasured by their four daughters: Dawn, Pamela, Julie, and Richelle. She is survived by Carrol Hook who loved and adored her.

Connie was also cherished by her sons (through marriage): Stefan (Dawn), Richard (Pam), Audriano (Julie), and Timothy (Richelle). She was adored by her nine surviving grandchildren: Stefan, Eva, and Elizabeth De La Cruz; Nicholas and Alexandria Sparks; Samuel and Benjamin Uliano; AJ and Jaxsen Colenso.

“Mom was Our Rock and a constant support in our lives, a support unlike any other. The depth of our loss that we feel is profound and can not be measured. We are comforted that she is now with her greatest love: Jesus.” Her license plate reads, “Up we go” as she longed to see Jesus and was an avid student of the Bible. Connie loves birds, flowers, and the simple things of life such as gardening and decorating her home. She loved to write and published two books. She dedicated her life to Jesus and her family. Connie was a beautiful soul, with great values, who lived her life with a purpose. She touched an innumerable number of hearts and lives, and the compassion and encouragement that she extended to others was a blessing to all who knew her. Connie’s light will continue to glow in our hearts forever.

A Memorial Gathering will be held at Faulmann & Walsh Golden Rule Funeral Home, 32814 Utica Road, Fraser, Saturday from 2pm until the time of service at 4:30pm. Following the service, we will continue to celebrate her life at the Infinity Hall of Fraser. Memorial Contributions may be addressed to the The Dream Project.(thedreamproject.org) Share memories with family at www.faulmannwalsh.com

As is a tale, so is a life: Not how long it is, but how good it is, is what matters. Our deepest sympathy -
