Dennis Michael Daly

Dennis Michael Daly, a longtime resident of Warren, passed away peacefully on October 30, 2020 surrounded by the love of his family in his home. He was 78 years old.

Dennis was born November 10, 1941 in Detroit to Dennis H. and Theresa R. (nee Griesbeck) Daly. Dennis served his country honorably in the United States Navy. He later met and married the love of his life, Kathleen Bolick on October 30, 1971 in Warren. Together, they shared 49 wonderful years together. Dennis worked for over thirty years as a proud Teamster truck driver, retiring in 2001. Outside of his work, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and gardening. Above all, Dennis loved his family and was a proud husband, father, and grandfather. He will be deeply missed and his light will continue to glow in our hearts forever.

Dennis is survived by his loving wife Kathleen; cherished father of Lawrence Daly, James Laginess, Daniel Kruger, Jeffrey Kruger, and Michael Daly; devoted grandfather of eight grandchildren; cherished brother of eight siblings; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Douglas.

Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the Faulmann & Walsh Golden Rule Funeral Home, 32814 Utica Road, Fraser, MI 48026. A celebration of life will be held in 2021. Memorial contributions may be addressed to the family.
