Susan Alice Garner (Goltz)

Susan Alice Garner, longtime resident of Clinton Township, died peacefully November 9, 2020. She was 76 years of age.

Susan was born in Highland Park, Michigan on December 7, 1943, daughter of the late Earl and Helen (Mitchell) Goltz. She worked for CVS for many years as a Training Supervisor. Susan loved flowers and looked forward to the warm months of Michigan so she could enjoy working on her garden. When the holidays would come, her house was full of love and decorations for all to enjoy. Her greatest joy was her grandchildren and she treasured every moment shared in their company. Susan was a kindred spirit who's heart was of gold. She loved her family and will be greatly missed. Her light will continue to glow in our hearts forever.

Susan is the beloved life partner and soul mate to Michael Roarty; dearest mother of Alisa, Scott (Pam), David, Jennifer (Kevin), Debbie, Bridgid (Mario), Patrick (Kristen) and Erin (John); cherished grandmother of Magen, Mitchell, Corey, Jaxon, Zachary, Avarey, Makayla, Hannah, Haley, Matti, Sophia, Michael, Madison, Mckenzie, Lucy and Baby O; and sister of Jeff Goltz. She is also survived by her beloved dog, Gibbs.
