Craig Paul Reinhardt, longtime resident of Fraser, died peacefully surrounded by the love of his family on January 27, 2021. He was 64 years of age.

Craig was born in Mt. Clemens, Michigan on May 20, 1956, son of the late Eugene and Carolyn (Wiegand) Reinhardt. He was united in marriage to his beloved wife, Gail Ann Gurich, on July 21, 1979 at Hope United Church of Christ of Fraser. The couple made their home in Fraser in 1983 and was blessed with two beautiful daughters of whom he loved and cherished. Craig had hard working hands which he kept busy with wood working. He looked forward to tending to his garden during the warm months of Michigan. Craig practiced homesteading and was quite the inventor. He loved the great outdoors and looked forward to a cold beverage by the campfire. Craig also enjoyed playing cards and games with family and friends. He loved his family, especially his grandchildren who became the apple of his eye. Craig will be deeply missed and his light will continue to glow in our hearts forever.

Craig is the loving husband of Gail; dearest father of Nicole (Melissa) and the late Danielle; and cherished grandfather of Greysin and Breelyn.

Visitation will be held at Faulmann & Walsh Golden Rule Funeral Home, 32814 Utica Road, Fraser, Sunday from 12pm - 2pm. Private services will be held and burial will take place at Resurrection Cemetery of Clinton Township. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be addressed to the family in care of the Funeral Home. Share memories with family at

I was so sad to hear that Craig has passed away. The Reinhardt family grew up with us on Utica Rd,and my sister and I learned a lot of sports from Craig and his brothers. I have many fond childhood memories of the neighborhood kids playing together, and I remember the fun he had teasing us! Craig went through an unimaginable loss when his daughter Danielle died and because of that he knew how to comfort us when we lost our brother. May the Lord comfort Gail, her daughter, and the entire Reinhardt family.
